2. Claims Management and Legal Expenses Policy - £14.00
   We have negotiated a scheme with RVM (Russell Vehicle Management) which gives you just one 24-hour telephone number to ring in the event of;

• A road traffic accident
• Theft of or from your vehicle
• Vandalism
• Fire

RVM will record all the claim details and send us a copy by email, so we have all details should we need to get involved.  RVM will then advise you the best way of dealing with the claim then;

• Notify your insurance company
• Arrange for recovery of your vehicle if it is not driveable
• Arrange for the repairs to be carried out by an approved repairer
• Arrange a courtesy vehicle whilst your own vehicle is in for repairs (hire car charges may apply) if available, see Claims Process for details.
• Recover your uninsured losses including the cost of repairs to your vehicle (if you do not have comprehensive cover), vehicle recovery charges, the policy excess, loss of earnings, hire car charges, personal injuries etc.
